We are so eager to meet a much larger demand for our unique teas. Your donation will help us to obtain high speed manufacturing equipment, for loose tea, tea bags, and bottled teas. Remarkably, we work long hours the old-fashioned way to keep up with orders, especially in the private label sector. The labor alone eats heavily into our profit margins. In fact, some of our staff members average only 4-5 hours of sleep per night during the busy seasons. This is not by force but purely out of commitment and an intense determination to satisfy our customers. Nevertheless, to remain in the industry competition we must improve our fulfillment speed.
